Danielle loves creating, dancing, moving, and achieving her goals.  After receiving a BFA in Dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, Danielle made a promise to herself to live the dream of being a dancer and performing in NYC. She believe she could, so she did. She has performed with Tangerine Dance, Marie Alonzo Snyder and with Joyce King/ JKing Dance Company in NYC. She has performed in venues throughout NYC and the tri-state area including the Ailey Citigroup Theater, Elgin Ties Dance Festival in Illinois, the Massachusetts Dance Festival, Southern Vermont Dance Festival and with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Her favorite accomplishment was using her passport and performing internationally at the High Fest Performing Arts Festival in Yerevan, Armenia with Joyce/King JKing Dance Company.

With the stress of a demanding dance career, managing money, and maintaining her health, Danielle needed to find something to keep her centered  and focused so she turned to Yoga. She received her 200HR RYT from Om Factory. The practice of yoga gave her the balance of body and mind, the confidence, and the power of just breathing,

Danielle used yoga and movement as her therapy throughout life and enjoys spreading her passion and knowledge onto students of all ages.  She understands the meaning of creating a safe space, setting time aside for self care, and the importance of moving. Through her background of Dance and Yoga she created Discovering Movement.

Discovering Movement is a fitness workout program that combines yoga and dance to help condition the body, challenge the mind, and encourage goal setting and achievements. The best part is you can create the space in your own home, zoom into class, follow along, and discover your movement.

Danielle’s goal as an instructor and artistic director is to guide her students to the understanding that anything is possible if you put your mind, body, and heart into it. Believe in oneself and never give up.  Always Keep Moving .

“Trust the Process!!”
